Your tasks / field of activity

• Management of investment projects of various sizes in a regulated GxP environment
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams, including the management of interfaces with clients and internal departments
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality at all phases of the project
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information and promoting team spirit
• Overall project management, including management of scope, changes, and budget as well as clarification of roles within the team
• Operational implementation, including tenders, awards, and contract management
• Facilitation of risk, GMP, and safety analyses as well as continuous project monitoring with structured reporting to stakeholders
• Participation in project acquisition, particularly in the preparation and calculation of offers.
• Regular implementation of lessons learned and other continuous improvement measures

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the management of technical investment projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector
• Experience in projects with external sub-planners
• Deep knowledge in project management and execution.
• German native language, fluent English orally and in writing
• Stress resistance, ability to prioritize and high aptitude for decision-making
• Marked ability to think abstractly and to analyze complex project situations globally
