We are looking for a leadership personality for our Technical Services! The Stiftung Lindenhof in Oftringen is an established elderly and nursing home with a wide range of services. In addition to nursing and our own Spitex, we have gastronomy (incl. catering) as well as various therapeutic offers. With around 280 employees, we are a reliable employer in the region. We are looking for an experienced manager with project management competence who will restructure our Technical Services, question existing processes, and professionally drive our construction projects forward. Head of Technical Services (m/f) 80 % - 100 % Your mission: Planning, Leading, Renovating and Shaping You take on the overall responsibility for Technical Services – and that is much more than pure maintenance. Your main task is to lead our infrastructure with professional project management. You question existing processes, develop a holistic concept, and implement it step by step. Project Leadership & Management: You are the strong partner of the management and take over the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction and infrastructural projects. This includes building renewals and optimization of energy efficiency. Technical & Leadership Responsibility: You lead, motivate, and develop your team. This includes those responsible for technology, caretaker, vehicle fleet, garden, and ICT. Responsibility for Safety & Compliance: As a delegated safety officer (SiBe), you are the guarantor for compliance with all regulations (VKF, EKAS, Suva) and conduct training in your area. Operation & Maintenance: You ensure smooth operation of all technical systems (nurse call etc.), coordinate maintenance with external partners, and are a "hands-on" personality yourself who rolls up their sleeves if necessary. Your Profile: A doer personality with foresight You are not just an excellent technician, but above all a strategic thinker and experienced project manager. Technical Qualification: Completed vocational training as a specialist in facility management EFZ, building technician, or a comparable manual/technical qualification with corresponding further training. Further Training: Completed training as a safety officer (SiBe) or the willingness to complete this. Professional Experience: Several years of experience in technical building maintenance, ideally in a nursing home, hospital, or a similar facility with high safety standards. Leadership Competence: Experience in the technical and personnel leadership of employees as well as strong communication skills to make technical matters understandable even for non-technicians.
