As a sales consultant, you accompany our customers from the first inquiry to the successful implementation of their projects. What awaits you with us You advise our customers competently and in a solution-oriented manner – by telephone, by e-mail and personally at the Landquart location. You create offers, process orders and ensure smooth order processing. You coordinate delivery dates, clarify availabilities with the purchasing manager and support efficient warehouse management. You support the warehouse management and ensure a smooth process. With your specialist knowledge, you contribute actively to the success of our sales team. What you bring with you Education or professional experience in the wood industry. Joy in customer consulting and sales. Independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working as well as team spirit. Very good German skills; Italian and/or Romansh are a plus. Good Microsoft-365 knowledge and joy in digital working.
