Your challenge:
Overall responsibility/ Ensuring quality and food safety management according to GFSI standard FSSC22000
Maintenance and further development of the HACCP system as well as ensuring the effective monitoring of CCP's and oPRP's
Further development of operational document control and ensuring complete, audit-ready documentation
Planning and management of the successful annual monitoring and re-certification audit
Technical and personnel leadership of the QS office and the QM/QS assistance
Coordination of operational monitoring and responsible for employee training
Support in the area of occupational safety and health protection, holiday replacement for operational management
Your qualifications:
Bachelor in food technology, food sciences or a comparable education
Experience in quality management of a food-producing company, familiar with the requirements of a GFSI standard (ideally FSSC22000)
Structured, precise and traceable document control as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking
Confident appearance in production and audit, binding and pragmatic leadership as well as clear, appreciative communication
