The Balthasar Gruppe, an innovative and successful family business with around 70 employees from the Seetal region in Lucerne, is looking for you! In addition to products from our largest candle production in Switzerland, we also trade in products in the Home & Garden sector. These include candles, candle accessories, bodycare, and household products.

with simultaneous function as Team Leader

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Long-term supplier relationships
• Price and condition negotiations (incl. requests for quotations)
• Purchasing of interesting own brands (such as finito and Flaman)
• Purchasing of brands for which we hold the Swiss brand representation (such as Dr. Scholl or Felce Azzurra)
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Assistance with the sourcing of new products incl. trade fair visits
• Leading a small team of 3 people and one apprentice
• Close cooperation with PM, the sales and logistics departments, QA, and all other involved departments

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of experience in operational purchasing
• Purchasing specialist with federal diploma (Einkaufsfachmann / Einkaufsfachfrau mit eidg. Fachausweis)
• Ideally experience with the ERP Microsoft Business Central
• Independent and exact way of working
• Team orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of a dynamic and lively working environment
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience
• German and English in spoken and written form
