Our client is a carpentry business from the region, which specializes in the production of high-quality and advanced custom-made interior design products. To strengthen the team, she is looking for a reliable and customer-friendly personality.

Your tasks

• Performing service, repair, and warranty work for business or private customers
• Coordinating appointments and smooth installation processes
• Discussing, planning, and organizing the installation directly on site
• Organizing warranty orders as well as implementing special solutions
• Digital recording and documentation of all service assignments via tablet or smartphone
• Deputy Team Leader upon request

Your profile

• Basic training in the wood industry is an advantage (carpenter, carpenter/joiner, etc.) or practical experience in installation, service, maintenance, or assembly of technical systems
• Driver's license
• Customer-oriented, service-oriented, and enthusiastic personality
• Careful, conscientious, and independent way of working as well as enjoyment of a versatile field of tasks
• German: proficient
