Tasks ##

• Project coordination according to private sector principles while considering municipal framework conditions
• Construction project management, SIA phases 3-5; i.e., technical determination and material management, material requirements planning and availability, as well as corresponding execution control and documentation
• Further development of process-oriented material determination and planning
• Quality assurance and creation of fundamentals as well as planning and technical support for project development, specialist engineering, and production (material release, goods receipt, SAP document maintenance, technical completion, and project billing)
• Planning and technical support for production and track system maintenance as well as coordination of drive and spare parts procurement in close cooperation with dispatch and purchasing
• Specialist contact person for internal and external bodies; representation of internal VBZ interests as well as creation of demanding reports, statistics, and key figures
• Performance of conceptual activities according to defined goals, development of conceptual complex problem solutions, as well as professional transmission of complex and sensitive content

Profile ##

• You have a completed 4-year apprenticeship EFZ in the construction, metal, or mechanical engineering industry as well as further training at HF level, technician in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or process engineering; or a diploma as a maintenance manager HF
• You have experience in the analysis and structuring of job-specific work techniques and possess knowledge of the processes and workflows in a transport company and/or administration
• You also bring good project knowledge on behalf of the public sector and are familiar with the topics of AVOR (production planning and control) and procurement
• You are a stable personality, independently recognize demanding problems, and have the intuition and ability to communicate with different stakeholder groups as well as to negotiate and argue professionally
• You always face changes positively and look forward to contributing to a company where different cultures meet

Wonderful, then we will gladly make you a fair salary offer, which will be between 103,000 and 118,000 Swiss francs annual salary (100% workload). Often, applications from talents who do not yet meet all the requirements or, on the other hand, bring above-average knowledge and experience are also interesting. In these cases, starting salaries slightly below or above this range are also possible.
