Then apply now, because with you, our properties are in best hands.   This is what you can achieve. • You manage a versatile real estate portfolio primarily consisting of commercial and industrial properties, as well as some residential properties of die Schweizerische Post in the Zurich region.  • You are responsible for market-compliant full occupancy as well as vacancy management and act as the first point of contact for questions regarding the managed properties. • As an owner's representative, you actively maintain your customer relationships and are in direct contact with tenants, facility management, tradespeople and authorities. • You carry out periodic real estate inspections, write condition assessments and are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental objects during initial rentals and tenant changes. • In addition to rental objects, you also manage (co)ownership properties and participate in meetings as well as owners' meetings. • You ensure building maintenance according to the contractual conditions and participate in renovation and conversion projects.   This is what you bring with you. • You have a federal certificate of proficiency (eidg. Fachausweis) in real estate management or a comparable further education. • Your experience in the management of commercial real estate and your knowledge of Swiss tenancy law enable you to competently manage our properties. • You approach changes positively and have a high affinity for IT. • With your category B driver's license, you can flexibly reach our different locations. • Thanks to your very good German skills and your open manner, you find it easy to interact successfully with various stakeholder groups.
