More than 600 collaborators mobilize every day in the service of visual health to offer diagnostic, treatment, and support services to people affected by their vision. In order to complete our team, we are looking for a Medical Secretary ## Your mission ### • Ensure high-quality reception and care of patients • Plan and organize appointments, surgical interventions, and examinations • Guarantee the administrative management of patient files • Perform the typing of reports and other correspondence • Manage the mail for the entire secretariat Your assets ### • Holder of a CFC as a medical assistant, or as a commercial employee, medical secretarial diploma or training deemed equivalent • Benefiting from experience as a confirmed medical secretary, hospital experience is an asset • Perfect command of the French language, a good level of spelling is required • Sense of detail and organization, rigor and professional conscience • Resistance to stress, interpersonal skills, team spirit We offer you ### An enriching activity within a dynamic environment where you can showcase your talents and salary conditions in relation to your skills.
