Group Leader in a migratory environment (M/F)

Your mission In your missions as a Group Leader (M/F), you are expected to demonstrate leadership, rigor, loyalty, and being exemplary. You are capable of uniting a team, providing a clear framework, maintaining a high level of operational excellence, and adapting your communication according to situations and interlocutors. Your main responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and support the security team on a daily basis Guarantee the strict application of instructions, internal procedures, and specific client requirements Ensure that instructions are known, understood, up to date, and accessible to the entire team Participate in the organization of the service, notably in the monitoring of absences, leave, and operational needs Contribute to the integration, field training, and development of employee skills Ensure clear, regular, and constructive communication with agents, hierarchy, and client teams, as well as with emergency services and various partners present on site Ensure the proper management of visitors, service providers, delivery people, badges, vehicle access, and flows on site Organize, control, and optimize patrol rounds, opening, closing, and perimeter verifications of the domain Intervene or coordinate intervention in case of an anomaly, alarm, suspicious presence, or unusual situation Produce, control, and transmit clear, precise, factual, and actionable reports Report to the hierarchy any information useful to the proper functioning of the service, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the professionalization of the setup Ensure, if necessary, the interim of the direct hierarchical manager in order to guarantee operational continuity Represent our company with exemplary behavior: you are an ambassador of our values First experience in supervision, as a Group Leader, Team Leader, operational referent, or deputy manager Confirmed experience in private security (you can justify 4000 hours of experience in the field) certificate requested and mandatory Excellent mastery of French, both oral and written A good mastery of IT tools, alarm systems, and modern technologies Rigor in writing, analytical spirit, and ability to prioritize An irreproachable, reliable, and exemplary professional posture in all circumstances A capacity to manage unforeseen events with calm, composure, and discernment Interested?
