For our client in the north vaudois, we are looking for a recruiter at 80%, capable of managing the entire recruitment process and maintaining a relationship of trust with candidates.

Your missions: ###

• Analyze the needs of the different departments and define the sought-after profiles
• Write and publish advertisements on the appropriate recruitment channels
• Research and pre-selection of candidates
• Propose profiles and coordinate interviews
• Ensure candidate follow-up throughout the process
• Maintain the candidate database and administrative files

Job requirement:

Your profile: ###

• Commercial or HR training (CFC commercial employee, HR manager certificate or equivalent)
• Interpersonal ease and good listening skills
• You are benevolent, open-minded, flexible with a good ability to work within a team
• Sense of organization and discretion
• Mastery of IT tools

Temporary replacement mission until the end of December, with the possibility of extension
