Controller (m/w) Shape the financial future as a Controller In this role, you will actively shape the financial management of the company and make a direct contribution to sound management decisions. You will work closely with executives, bring transparency to complex relationships, and identify opportunities and risks at an early stage. You will have the opportunity to further develop controlling instruments and contribute your ideas in a dynamic environment. Your area of responsibility Planning & Forecasting: Responsibility for budgeting, forecasts and multi-year planning incl. ongoing updates and scenario analyses Controlling & Analyses: Performance of target-actual and variance analyses as well as identification of risks and optimization potentials Management Reporting: Creation of meaningful reports and KPIs for management and specialist departments Cost & Project Controlling: Monitoring of cost centers and projects as well as performance of economic efficiency analyses Business Partnering & Processes: Support of specialist departments as a sparring partner as well as further development of controlling processes and data quality Your qualifications Completed commercial basic training with specialization and further training in controlling; Higher business administration education (Uni, FH or equivalent) Very good knowledge in Power BI Experience with IFS is an advantage High affinity for data, digital tools and AI applications We are REGO-FIX REGO-FIX is an internationally active family company with over 350 employees worldwide in Tenniken (BL), which develops, produces and distributes highly precise tool clamping systems.
