Our client develops and implements modern solutions around the automation of buildings and technical systems. Customers are accompanied from planning and implementation through to commissioning, support, and optimization of their systems. The company works with various partners such as planning offices, clients, architects, and owners. 02 Your Task ## • You coordinate and plan the assignments of a small service team. • You assume technical responsibility for the service area. • You process service orders independently and ensure timely and qualitatively flawless execution. • You are the contact person for existing service customers and support them with technical concerns. • You participate in the organization of the on-call service. • On-site, you carry out plant surveys and technical clarifications. • You advise customers on technical questions and support the elaboration of solutions and offers. • You organize service and assembly assignments and partly carry them out yourself. • Furthermore, other varied tasks related to building automation await you. 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Flat hierarchies • Progressive employment conditions • Career and advancement opportunities • Free parking spaces • Modern workplace 04 Your Profile ## • A completed vocational training in the electrical field, for example as an electrical installer, electrical fitter, or a comparable qualification. • Further training at the Technician HF level or the readiness to complete corresponding further training is an advantage. • Several years of professional experience in building automation. • Good knowledge in the areas of KNX, MSRL, as well as building control technology. • Experience in a comparable function, ideally with initial leadership experience. • A broad technical understanding of building automation systems and plants. • Very good German language skills; further language skills are a plus. • A valid driving license of category B. Personally, you convince through your quick comprehension, your solution-oriented thinking, and your independent way of working. You work reliably, flexibly, and carefully even in demanding situations.
