Our office ###

Conti & Associés Ingénieurs SA is an engineering office specializing in CVSER building techniques, located in Versoix (Geneva) and Perroy (Vaud).

Active since 1983, we now bring together more than 35 collaborators and intervene in the following fields:

• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Sanitary
• Electricity
• Regulation / MCR and building automation

We accompany our clients through all SIA 108 phases, with significant activity in phases 3, 4, and 5: studies, calls for tender, implementation, and acceptance of works. We also intervene in phase 6 for the monitoring of operation and energy optimization of buildings.

Our activity also covers energy audits and diagnostics, building physics, CVSER feasibility studies, CECB+, GED and AMO missions within the framework of the éco21 program, as well as CVSER technical expertise for insurance companies, clients, or within the framework of judicial procedures.

The position ###

As part of the development of our Sanitary department, we are looking for a Sanitary Project Manager / Planner capable of participating in the design and monitoring of various projects, from study to implementation.

Your missions ###

1/ Studies and design

a/ Design and dimension sanitary installations in accordance with the applicable standards, directives, and rules of art in Switzerland.

b/ Carry out studies for cold water, domestic hot water, circulation, wastewater, and rainwater networks.

c/ Perform the calculations and dimensioning necessary for the projects.

d/ Develop plans, principle diagrams, and technical details.

2/ Plans and tenders

a/ Create and update sanitary plans using AutoCAD 2D.

b/ Establish the quantities and measurements necessary for calls for tender.

c/ Participate in the preparation of CAN tenders using specific tools such as Plancal Nova / SNAP.

d/ Participate in the technical analysis of company offers.

3/ Coordination and implementation

a/ Ensure technical coordination with heating, ventilation, electricity, and regulation disciplines.

b/ Participate in meetings with clients, architects, companies, and other mandatories.

c/ Participate in the monitoring of installation execution on the ground.

d/ Control the compliance of installations with the plans, standards, and project specifications.

e/ Participate in the acceptance of installations and the monitoring of reservations.

Your profile ###

1/ Training and experience

a/ CFC as a designer in sanitary building technology, ES technician, federal diploma, or training deemed equivalent.

b/ Several years of experience in an engineering office, design office, or a sanitary company.

c/ Professional experience in Switzerland constitutes an important advantage.

2/ Technical skills

a/ Good mastery of AutoCAD 2D.

b/ Knowledge of Plancal Nova / SNAP and tenders according to the sanitary CAN.

c/ Good knowledge of Swiss sanitary standards and regulations.

d/ Knowledge of SSIGE regulations and Geberit technical directives.

e/ Mastery of Revit / BIM is an asset.

f/ Good mastery of MS Office tools.
