What you can achieve. • You contribute your resources, competencies, and material knowledge to efficiently prepare maintenance and repair work using state-of-the-art remote diagnostic data and operational information. • In this function, you create precise fault analyses on a daily basis to ensure the essential foundations for claiming contractually owed services from our supplier. • You take responsibility for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and quality of S1 reports to guarantee a smooth process and highest standards. • Prove your technical expertise by independently performing complex maintenance work, even without specific instructions. You report these back according to the established guidelines. • Diagnosis of faults with high complexity to optimize maintenance: You contribute your expert knowledge to diagnose faults with high complexity. In doing so, you use information from various vehicle and system documents as well as technical documentation to report fault messages professionally. In your previous career, you have been able to gain several years of sound professional experience in the field of maintenance of rail vehicles. • You are physically fit and ready to work in a 7x24 hour operation. Naturally, you will be remunerated accordingly for this. • We expect very good oral and written German skills (C1/C2). For professional exchange with the Geneva location, we also require good oral and written French skills (at least B2).
