Tasks
You schedule and plan the tours for deliveries and assembly teams in Zürich and Basel
You coordinate and schedule deliveries, assemblies and service orders
You look after our customers by telephone and in writing and support the Logistics & Servicecenter management in day-to-day business
As an interface between sales, logistics and external partners, you always maintain an overview
Requirement profile
A commercial or logistical basic training as well as experience in a similar function gives you the necessary security in day-to-day business
Organizational talent and a structured way of working help you to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
Customer and service orientation as well as good MS-Office and ERP knowledge round off your profile, we require very good German language skills
