Deputy Branch Manager / Branch Manager kkiosk (80–100 %)

For our small, centrally located kkiosk in Olten on Ringstrasse, we are looking for an engaged, reliable and responsible personality as Deputy Branch Manager / Branch Manager (80–100 %) starting immediately or by arrangement.

You will take over the independent management of our point of sale and are responsible for smooth daily operations as well as the supervision of a small team of 1–2 employees.

For this you are responsible

• Independent management and organization of the kkiosk as well as responsibility for the entire daily operation
• Professional and organizational leadership of 1–2 employees
• Personnel deployment planning and coordination of work assignments
• Cashiering activities, cash reconciliations and control of daily closings
• Friendly and professional customer advice as well as active sales in the food and non-food area
• Goods ordering, goods management and inventory control
• Implementation of sales promotion measures and ensuring an attractive product presentation
• Ensuring a clean, well-kept and tidy appearance of the point of sale
• Compliance with and implementation of legal regulations as well as internal quality and hygiene standards

What distinguishes you

• Experience in retail, ideally in the kiosk or convenience sector
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• Reliability, high flexibility as well as motivation and resilience
• Readiness to take on a workload of 80–100 %
• Flexibility regarding working hours as well as readiness for early, late and weekend shifts
• Availability for additional work assignments during holiday periods or during personnel shortages
