Administrative Customer Service Manager (Watchmaking)
Main activities:
Ensure the administrative follow-up of activities related to watch repairs
Ensure the registration and delivery of RID and market watches
Ensure the administrative follow-up of repair flows and RID and/or Client requests
Ensure the administrative follow-up of internal subcontractors
Ensure the administrative follow-up of external subcontractors
Master the information systems allowing the management of repairs and stocks via SAP
Ensure customer contact (Cartier Operations and markets)
Follow component orders
Ensure the update of indicators

Profile:
Benefiting from a CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent title
