Our retirement and nursing home has a nursing department and two protected residential groups for people with dementia. In total, we have 46 beds. Additionally, we offer external guests day care in our day meeting point and provide meals for external guests at our lunch table. As of 01. December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for our nursing department for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson as night watch (Level 3 / possibly Level 2) 45% Your main tasks • You care for and look after the residents during the night • You support the night watch in our residential groups for people with dementia and ensure safety during the night • You assess complex nursing and emergency situations correctly and act accordingly Our expectations • understanding and open-minded interaction with people • physical and psychological resilience • confidence in using electronic work tools (PC) Your advantages • You work independently in a manageable and varied operation • a motivated team and competent supervisors support you in your activities • the Gutknecht-Stiftung can be reached within a short time via public transport from Thun station Benefits • free parking • free drinks • good social benefits We look forward to your application.
