Project Manager Ventilation – from specialist knowledge to project responsibility

The Position

• You develop ventilation concepts, plan systems, create tenders and accompany your projects until commissioning and acceptance
• Depending on experience, you take over sub-areas or lead your own projects and thereby control quality, deadlines and costs
• You design ventilation systems, dimension them, assess technical variants and develop suitable solutions with Nova and other planning tools
• You coordinate directly and bindingly with clients, architects, specialist planners of other trades and executing companies, recognize additional needs and contribute suitable additional services
• Depending on experience, you support and coach apprentices in their professional development or grow into this task prospectively

Your Profile

• You have a basic technical training in building technology, for example as a building services planner, or have a manual background with appropriate further training in building services planning
• You have already gained experience in ventilation planning or want to develop specifically in this specialist field
• Further training as a technician HF/TS, a specialist further training or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in building technology supports your path, but is not mandatory
• Today you work as a planner, sub-project manager or project manager and want to take on more responsibility for technical solutions and projects in the future
• You enjoy working independently, take independent responsibility and communicate reliably and professionally with customers even in demanding project situations
