Your tasks

• Primary contact person for our inpatient patients
• Advising our patients on the implementation of their therapy program and daily structures
• Conducting crisis conversations
• Leading group offerings in the areas of milieu therapy and NADA ear acupuncture
• Reference person care
• Documenting nursing work and measures in our digital and intuitive systems

Your profile

• Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF (possibly FaGe with corresponding professional experience) or equivalently recognized training (SRK)
• Ability to support and promote the self-efficacy of our patients
• Close and interdisciplinary cooperation with therapists, psychologists and doctors
• You are open to changes, enjoy learning new things, are committed and resilient
• Mindful, reliable, empathetic personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
