Production Employee Electronics (Bonding)

You work where the highest precision meets modern electronics manufacturing. In our production, you take responsibility for bonding processes such as die and wire bonding and work with machines as well as under a microscope. Clean, precise work is at the center. This is what drives me: - You operate and program bonding machines and ensure a stable, high-quality production process. - You carry out precise work steps such as die bonding, wire bonding as well as casting and underfill processes conscientiously. - You work under a microscope with the finest tools and assemble components exactly and cleanly. - You actively contribute to quality assurance and consistently pay attention to clean, structured work in the team. What it takes: - You have a pronounced understanding of precise and clean work as well as a good eye for detail. - You ideally bring experience in electronics manufacturing or handling sensitive components. - You have experience in soldering or knowledge according to IPC standards - or you are motivated to work on it. - You are a team player, reliable and approach tasks in a concentrated and responsible manner.
