We are looking for a permanent CNC Machining Project Manager position animated by demanding technical environments and innovative projects.

CNC Machining Project Manager

Your missions

• Pilot several industrial projects in parallel (production launch, process optimization), ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines
• Immerse yourself in each project to understand the challenges and effectively coordinate the different stakeholders
• Identify and implement areas for improvement to strengthen productivity and process performance
• Ensure the link between internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth and structured communication
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement approaches and the evolution of tools and methods

Your profile

• Higher education of engineer type or equivalent, with confirmed expertise in CNC machining and micromechanics
• Successful experience in simultaneous management of technical projects
• At ease in transverse environments, with autonomy, rigor, and analytical spirit
• Strong ability to propose concrete solutions and federate stakeholders
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Good level of English (minimum B2)
• Service-oriented and experience in collaboration with clients and suppliers
