Posieux \| 100-100% Your contribution <br /> • Ensure the management, preventive and corrective maintenance as well as the optimization of the sanitary and thermal systems of the Posieux site • Guarantee the availability, reliability and performance of the systems • Guarantee the continuity of the water and thermal supply necessary for the operation of the site • Assume the function of technical contact person for your sector and collaborate with other maintenance specialists, users and specialized companies intervening on the systems • Intervene in a diversified environment, which includes both the technical systems related to research and the infrastructures intended for agricultural activities • Participate in the on-call service and the monitoring of the building's safety systems <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • CFC in the sanitary/heating systems sector or equivalent professional training. Preferably, good knowledge in other areas relating to technical systems in buildings • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of building technology and maintenance • Responsible and reliable person, capable of identifying suitable solutions to various problems related to technical systems in buildings • Analytical spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to seek solutions in an autonomous and pragmatic way • Determined and pragmatic personality, with excellent communication skills and excellent team spirit • Knowledge of two official languages <br /> In summary Do you want to put your technical skills at the service of an extraordinary environment?
