YOUR MAIN TASKS:
Leadership of construction site teams in the field of structural engineering
Active collaboration & support of your team in daily work
You ensure that occupational safety is complied with so that you and your colleagues come home healthy every day
Implementation of the required quality and deadline specifications
You are the hub between employees and foremen
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Training as a preparation worker / group leader or the intention to complete this soon
Completed basic training or several years of professional experience in the main construction trade
High level of commitment
You love working outdoors, are in good physical condition as well as weather-resistant
