The position is attached to the Direction de l'immobilier (DI) which has the mission to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop the consistency of the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main State services attached to the Département du territoire, the Département des infrastructures and the one for health, to optimize the monitoring of surfaces and its future planning, while guaranteeing the smooth running of services. Job Description ##

You will join a team within which your main mission is to ensure the quality monitoring of medical gas, water treatment and sanitary installations and to contribute to the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).

You ensure the quality monitoring of medical gas, water treatment and sanitary installations and ensure their compliance with applicable regulatory and normative requirements. As such, you perform quality audits in the field and control the compliance of installations, equipment and interventions.

You participate in the qualification, validation, acceptance and commissioning operations of medical gas networks. You also ensure the quality compliance of gases, notably medical air, and supervise, when necessary, particulate contamination controls.

You identify and ensure the monitoring of non-conformities. You conduct the investigations necessary for the identification of root causes and manage the definition, implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

You contribute to the analysis and control of risks in accordance with applicable requirements, notably the ISO 14971 standard, and according to the ODIM you participate in regulatory and normative monitoring in order to ensure the consideration of developments in practices and organization.

You participate in internal audits, supplier audits as well as inspections conducted by the competent authorities, and contribute to the monitoring of the resulting actions.

You support operational teams in the application of quality and regulatory requirements, notably through training, awareness-raising actions and support to technical teams.

Finally, you contribute to the documentary monitoring and the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, by ensuring the traceability and compliance of activities related to medical gases, water treatment and sanitary.

Qualifications ##

You benefit from an academic background in engineering, quality, biomedical engineering, industrial engineering or in a scientific discipline related to medical devices or health.

Experience in a regulated environment, notably in the field of medical devices, the pharmaceutical industry, medical gases or within a healthcare establishment, is desired.

You have solid knowledge of the regulatory and normative requirements applicable to medical devices and medical gases, notably regarding quality management, risk management, medical gas distribution networks, air quality and environmental monitoring. Knowledge of the ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 7396-1, ISO 8573 and ISO 14644 standards, the ODIM as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the European Pharmacopoeia, is desired. Knowledge relating to hyperbaric medicine installations and their specific safety requirements represents an asset.

Recognized for your rigor and your sense of organization, you work in a methodical manner.

You know the methodological approaches to quality improvement (PDCA, FMEA, etc.) which allows you to effectively support teams in the evolution of their practice, by promoting the involvement of employees.

Your ability to adapt and integrate allows you to quickly take ownership of complex issues within a matrix organization. You also benefit from excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating your interactions with stakeholders with various interests.
