DevOps Engineer

• IT - Software Engineering • Zürich • Contracting • Full-time • ASAP - 2-4 weeks • DevOps Your tasks: • You take responsibility for our Kubernetes clusters and continuously develop them further • You ensure a high degree of automation throughout the entire software and platform lifecycle • You design, implement, and operate high-performance CI/CD pipelines and continuously optimize them • You introduce and further develop monitoring and logging solutions to ensure transparency and stability • You support and advise development teams on infrastructural issues as well as on the implementation of DevOps practices • You define and establish DevOps standards and ensure their cross-team implementation • You work closely with other DevOps Engineers as well as software architecture • You drive the modernization of existing services - in particular the migration from VM-based deployments to Kubernetes • You develop technical concepts and actively contribute new ideas to the further development of our platform Your profile: • Completed IT training, studies in the IT field, or comparable practical experience • At least three years of experience as a DevOps Engineer • Sound knowledge in the area of Kubernetes, Helm, and container-based platforms • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, as well as automation solutions • Know-how in monitoring and logging tools • Ideally experience with cloud technologies and modern platform architectures • Structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as interest in continuous improvement • Enjoyment of collaboration, knowledge exchange, and cross-team communication • Willingness for on-call duty (approx. every 5 weeks) • Business fluent German skills, as well as good English skills
