Team Leader

Your main missions will be as follows:

Guarantee the proper technical functioning of the installations autonomously

Monitor production in the control room on the WinCC program

Be responsible for meeting production objectives, quality standards, and hygiene

Perform various quality analyses

Supervise the work of the production teams (3 to 5 people)

Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of procedures

Ensure compliance with and be responsible for safety regulations at all times

Collaborate on various research & development projects

Participate in the maintenance of the installations

Your profile:

Technical training (in mechanics, automation, electricity, etc.), ideally supplemented by continuing education or in-depth knowledge

Solid experience in industrial production, food production, process management, or in your field of activity

Good computer skills

Great willingness to learn, ability to integrate new tasks

Ability to react and make decisions

Team spirit and good communication

Rigor, acute sense of organization and responsibility.

Willingness to work in shift schedules, 5X8 hours (continuous work including night and weekend)

The Team Leader must be able to guarantee the entirety of our complex production process autonomously, as well as be responsible for the team personnel, in collaboration with the production manager and the support of the technical team.
