AVS/AI supplementary benefits managers (100%)

The Lausanne Social Service provides social and financial support to the residents of Lausanne. It consists of the Agence d'assurances sociales (AAS) and the Centre social régional (CSR) responsible for applying the loi sur l'action sociale vaudoise (LASV) and delivering the revenu d'insertion (RI) in Lausanne. More than 7000 people benefit each year from assistance from the Social Service, which must be both diligent and compliant with current standards. Main mission(s)

Welcome, inform, and orient the Lausanne population at the counter and by telephone, regarding AVS/AI supplementary benefits

Receive AVS/AI PC requests and ensure their follow-up

Carry out periodic reviews and inform beneficiaries of their rights and obligations

Handle correspondence and administrative tasks related to the sector

Participate in the smooth running of the service by occasionally supporting other sectors of the Agency

Profile

CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent

Experience in a similar function, ideally in the field of social insurance, banking, real estate, providence, or taxation

A generalist training in social insurance is an asset

Good analytical and synthesis skills, ease with numbers and mastery of MS Office tools

Sense of organization, autonomy, precision and resistance to stress

Interpersonal and writing skills; knowledge of another language is an asset
