Your tasks: <br /> • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (Ventilation monoblocs, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary, and other HVAC installations) in shift work (2x8) • Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations • Management of subcontracted work • Compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work • Intervention in a protected environment, adjustment of temperature, humidity, and overpressure • Keeping up to date operating files, intervention reports, operating reports • Participation in improvement projects <br /> Your profile: <br /> • Training in building maintenance (thermal or climate engineering) or equivalent training • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment • Mastery of French, English is a plus • Very good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites • Very good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Highly developed sense of customer service • Good stress resistance and flexibility <br /> Ready for us?
