This versatile role is essential to ensure the smooth administrative and technical functioning of the team. You will contribute directly to operational efficiency by managing various support tasks, in close collaboration with the IT engineer and maintenance technicians.

Implementation of administrative processes

Entry of orders with suppliers
Processing of invoices (with specific training)
We are looking for
Good knowledge of administrative tasks (internship in administration appreciated)
Advanced mastery of French (written and oral), including technical jargon
Personal qualities: resourcefulness, kindness, sociability, rigor, autonomy, organization
It is meritorious if you possess
