We are looking for our customer, starting immediately or by arrangement, for a Plant Operator 4 Shift (m/f/d) 100% Your activities include: • Ensuring a smooth production process on modern injection molding machines • Independent recognition and rectification of malfunctions on machines, peripheral devices, and tools • Carrying out maintenance work according to internal specifications • Ongoing quality controls according to testing and documentation guidelines • Compliance with all process, safety, and documentation regulations • Proper cleaning and care of plants as well as the entire production environment • Active participation in the optimization of processes In order to optimally fulfill these demanding activities, you bring the following requirements: • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Readiness to work in the 4-shift model • Technical understanding or basic knowledge in the technical field • Ideally experience in plastic processing or in a cleanroom • Independent, responsible way of working • High quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking • Own vehicle and valid driver's license What awaits you • Modern and innovative production plants • Varied and responsible activity • Comprehensive induction and development opportunities • Collegial team and pleasant working environment • Long-term professional perspective with planned permanent employment Have we aroused your interest?
