In this versatile role, you are responsible for the order planning of customer orders from A to Z (quotations, invoices, etc.). Furthermore, you coordinate the production orders / AVOR in a timely manner, carry out feasibility studies, and take on various tasks in purchasing as well as in scheduling (incl. work plans, material availability, etc.). For your customers, you are the competent contact person for technical questions and advise them in German/English and if necessary also in French. After a serious introduction, you will be integrated into various project groups and will independently coordinate/lead smaller projects.

To be successful in this responsible position, you bring a completed technical education (e.g., polymechanic or designer), as well as further commercial training (e.g., Technical Clerk, Dipl. Techniker HF). It is an advantage if you have already been able to gain initial experience as an AVOR clerk, preferably in a technical environment, and communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written) as well as if necessary in French. You bring good MS Office skills, as well as experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Abacus, NAV etc.) and ideally you are between 25 - 45 years old.
