Job Description As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and complete monitoring of your earthworks sites, from the preparation phase to their final completion. Prepare sites on technical, organizational, and financial levels. Plan the various stages of the work, including personnel, material, and equipment needs. Organize the daily progress of the sites and ensure their operational execution. Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and the various stakeholders. Ensure the ordering, supply, and availability of necessary materials and equipment. Implement and monitor procedures related to quality, safety, and the environment. Monitor the progress of the work as well as compliance with deadlines and costs. Ensure the financial monitoring of the sites. Prepare offers, supplementary offers, and measurements of the work performed. Participate in billing and the control of services executed. Participate in site meetings and ensure the follow-up of decisions made. Maintain a high-quality professional relationship with clients, works management, and project partners. Profile Sought You hold a recognized training as a site manager. You have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in site management in Switzerland. You have concrete experience in the field of earthworks. You are proficient in standard IT tools as well as the BauBit software. You are comfortable with the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of sites. You are a proactive, autonomous, organized person with a good sense of responsibility.
