For this reason, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f) to further expand our online presence. You will work at the group's headquarters in Granges-Paccot and become part of a well-established, dynamic, and passionate team where your creativity and ideas are fully appreciated. Your future tasks • You contribute to the definition and implementation of a national digital strategy that is in line with the company's values and goals. • You are responsible for the company's online visibility and e-reputation and ensure a consistent and effective digital presence. • You create convincing content (videos, infographics, illustrations, etc.) that is tailored to different channels and formats. • You manage social media, plan and publish content, and interact with the community. • You contribute to the continuous development of the website to optimize the user experience and digital performance. • You analyze digital performance using tracking tools and develop proactive proposals to optimize measures. • You continuously monitor digital trends and identify new developments and best practices. • You work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency between digital strategy and overall corporate communication. Your profile • You have a degree in content creation, digital communication, or digital marketing. • You are a native French or German speaker and have at least a C1 level in the other language. Additional languages are a plus. • You master the necessary tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc. • You are passionate about new technologies and are familiar with current trends in the digital field. • You have a pronounced talent for storytelling and creating appealing content. • You are curious, creative, dynamic, and appreciate new challenges. • You want to develop further in an agile environment that combines demand and performance. • You have strong soft skills (reliability, structure, communication strength, charisma, etc.). • You have pronounced self-initiative and can manage priorities and urgent tasks well.
