About the position #### As Finance Manager (m/f), you will take responsibility for the finance department at the two sites of Kaiseraugst and Altendorf. You will work closely with local management to ensure transparency, uniform financial processes as well as reliable reporting. You will lead the Accounting and Controlling departments and be in regular contact with local management teams as well as Coesia headquarters. In addition, you will actively contribute to the development of the financial organization at the two sites. The position is mainly based in Kaiseraugst (approximately 80%), with a regular presence in Altendorf (approximately 20%). Travel between the two sites is an integral part of the role. Main tasks and responsibilities #### • Responsibility for all financial reporting including actual figures, forecasts and budget planning • Leadership and development of the Accounting and Controlling departments • Harmonization of the two different ERP environments at the sites • Design, implementation and continuous optimization of financial processes and internal controls • Implementation and development of transparent reporting structures as well as relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) • Coordination of monthly and annual closings • Responsibility for cash reporting, liquidity monitoring and financial planning • Close collaboration with local management and Coesia headquarters on financial and strategic matters • Ensuring compliance with internal directives, financial standards and reporting requirements What you bring #### • Several years of experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Manager or in a comparable management function in the financial field • Solid knowledge of accounting and controlling • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management • Experience in team management in the fields of finance, accounting or controlling • Professional experience in Switzerland as well as good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards • Experience in a production or industrial environment, ideally in mechanical engineering, automation or the project-oriented sector • Strong practical mindset as well as the ability to continuously build, standardize and develop structures and processes • Experience in an international corporate environment and in collaboration with central group functions • Proficiency in English at a professional level • Good command of German • Taste for a dynamic working environment with a high degree of personal responsibility and autonomy #### What we offer #### • An international working environment • Attractive social benefits and a modern pension model • Vehicle purchase benefits • Seniority and loyalty bonuses • Support for initial and continuous training • 25 days of leave up to 49 years, 28 days from 50 years and 30 days from 60 years • Free parking spaces • Good connection to public transport • Participation in company results (profit sharing) If you have any questions, please contact our talent acquisition specialist, Dajana Smyrek (dajana.smyrek@coesia.com).
