Customer Service Employee

Your main tasks:

• Creation and recording of customer orders for domestic and export deliveries
• Creation of delivery papers and export documents
• Invoicing of customer orders
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system
• Price maintenance in the ERP system
• Assistance with the dispatch of price lists
• Contact point for our customers and visitors at the reception.
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as Sales / Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Finance / Accounting, and Quality Management

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training EFZ or comparable training
• Further training in the field of export is an advantage
• Experience in sales
• Networked thinking combined with a reliable and structured way of working
• German in spoken and written form required, French and English skills are an advantage
• Reliability, resilience, independent way of working
