Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and place service at the heart of your actions? As a Sector Manager (Object Manager) at ISS, you lead female and male employees, you personally take care of clients, and you ensure that our services are provided at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and client satisfaction.

What awaits you ###

• Coordinate all cleaning and concierge activities
• Manage schedules and monitor hours
• Supervise teams and control the quality of services
• Manage additional requests (quotes, work follow-up, reports, and invoicing).
• Follow-up on tickets in close collaboration with the teams
• Be the main point of contact for the client
• Propose improvement solutions and services to clients
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure the substitution of the site manager

What you bring ###

• CFC as a facility operator or equivalent
• Good technical knowledge mandatory
• Experience in team management indispensable
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Mastery of French, read, spoken, written
• Driver's license mandatory
• Strong customer orientation
• Autonomous and having a sense of responsibility
• Very good stress management
• Approachable personality, knowing how to communicate
