What you do with us:

• Development, planning and implementation of B2B marketing and customer development projects as well as management of the marketing activities plan (catalogues, brochures, direct mailings, newsletters, LinkedIn and META campaigns, promotions and customer acquisition measures)
• Further development of the B2B product and service portfolio
• Analysis of market trends, customer needs and business potentials as well as derivation of corresponding measures; planning, coordination and management of agencies, printing companies as well as other external partners and service providers
• Support and advice for business customers from the inquiry through to the submission of the offer to successful order processing
• Maintenance and active use of CRM and SAP systems

When you fit with us:

• Commercial basic training as well as further training in the field of marketing, communication or sales
• Several years of professional experience in project management, marketing and in the support of business customers
• Experience in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (online and offline) as well as affinity for direct marketing, print media and customer acquisition
• Experience in the further development of products, services or marketing concepts is an advantage
• Enjoyment in advising customers as well as experience in submitting offers and coordinating customer projects
• Strong organizational skills, confident stakeholder management and a structured, independent way of working
• Entrepreneurial, creative and customer-oriented personality with high implementation strength as well as very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage
