Job Description ## You are interested in team leadership, are sensitive to the issues in the field of special education, and wish to provide your help to young people in difficulty within the Vaud training system. Responsibilities ## • Ensure the responsibility of a team of psychologists in post-obligatory education, develop the skills of employees, and promote clinical exchanges. • Participate in the steering of psychologists' services in post-obligatory education and ensure decisions are implemented. • Support the training mission of vocational schools or gymnasiums by bringing specific skills and knowledge within the establishment. Provide specific help to school-aged adolescents and young adults encountering emotional, relational, learning, behavioral, or integration difficulties in order to promote their development and their social, school, and professional integration. • Collaborate with parents, school actors, and other involved stakeholders and provide specific knowledge in the relational, learning, behavioral, or developmental fields allowing for actions or adjustments to the school context for the benefit of the young person or the group of young people in difficulty. Qualifications ## • Master in psychology and post-graduate in psychology required (specialization in child and adolescent, in psychotherapy, in clinical psychology, or neuropsychology). • Certified additional training in psychology (min. 15 ECTS credits) or non-certified additional training in the relevant field (of an extent equivalent to the certifying training) and validated by the service or title of training in a related field (education, psychology, sociology, etc.) • Professional experience of at least 5 years, interest in multidisciplinary work and group work. Training in team leadership desired.
