For more information, visit www.amcor.com.   To strengthen our Finance & Controlling team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Senior Controller FP&A (m/f/d) at our production site in Kreuzlingen.   Your tasks:   Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) • Responsibility for the preparation of the annual budget as well as quarterly and rolling forecasts for the production site • Analysis of actual/budget and actual/forecast variances as well as identification of relevant business drivers • Preparation of management reports, key figure analyses, and decision-making bases for the plant management • Preparation and commentary of income statements, KPI reports, and working capital key figures   Controlling & Production Environment • Support in standard cost calculations, cost center accounting, and variance analyses • Participation in the preparation and consolidation of manufacturing and performance key figures • Analysis of inventories, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, as well as identification of risks and optimization potential • Collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain to continuously improve financial transparency   Month-end Closing & Reporting • Support of month-end closings and ensuring timely reporting • Preparation of consolidated financial results and forecasts for management reviews • Ensuring high data quality and compliance with Group reporting requirements   Working Capital Management • Analysis and improvement of working capital key figures (DSO, DIO, DPO) • Close cooperation with the Shared Service Center, Supply Chain, and Operations • Support in inventory value adjustments as well as the valuation of slow-moving and obsolete inventories   Business Partnering • Trusted contact person for Finance Management and plant management in financial matters • Translation of operational developments and cost drivers into financial impacts and forecasts • Support of management in decision-making processes through sound analyses and recommendations for action   Governance, Compliance & Audits • Ensuring compliance with Group guidelines, internal control systems, and relevant accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP, SOX) • Support of internal and external audits     Your profile: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study • Further education or additional qualifications (e.g., Master, CPA, CMA) are an advantage • Several years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling, or the finance sector, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company • Experience in using SAP (FI/CO, ideally also PP) • Very good Excel skills as well as experience in creating management presentations • Knowledge of BI and reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • High affinity for numbers as well as a good understanding of business contexts • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills and confident appearance across different hierarchical levels • Ability to prepare complex financial data in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner • Team player mentality with a strong business partnering approach • Hands-on mentality and high initiative • Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, independent way of working • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (FI/CO; knowledge of MM/SD is an advantage) • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Hands-on mentality, communication streng
