Your mission

• You actively collaborate, in a multidisciplinary team, on the well-being and safety of the residents
• You support and accompany residents in daily tasks
• You provide basic hygiene care and ensure the comfort of the resident
• You record activities and other significant daily data in the resident's computerized file
• You participate in the smooth running of the service and in team cohesion
• You are open to applying the principles of the Montessori method
