For our regionally strongly anchored customer from the Aarau region, we are looking for a motivated, resilient and flexible personality as Operations Employee # Employment: 100% Location: Aarau Industry: General services Publication date: 15.07.2026 Your tasks • You are responsible for setting up the machines and systems • Additionally, you will operate the machines and systems • In the case of minor interruptions or defects, you will rectify them or work together with the responsible specialists • Compliance with quality requirements, safety regulations, professional structuring, as well as following hygiene instructions is part of your daily work routine • In general, you will ensure a smooth production and storage process and may take on additional tasks if suitable and required Your profile • Preferably, you already have completed basic training or professional experience from a similar field such as production, industry or logistics • You have good to very good German language skills • Readiness for 2-shift work is a must (only daytime working hours and occasional weekend shifts) • It is an advantage if you have a Suva-recognized forklift license • You are fit, resilient, able to work in a team, motivated and reliable • Weights of up to 25Kg do not cause you any trouble • Flexibility is also required What you can expect • Contemporary employment conditions in a solid company, a collegial environment as well as short decision-making paths • A cheerful team in an intercultural sphere of activity as well as the possibility of long-term employment with future perspectives • Not least, a varied, responsible and exciting task awaits you Are you interested?
