Your role with us: You are part of our professional team in a working environment that reflects the atmosphere of a 5\-star house, our beautiful boutique in Bern. You support organizational and administrative tasks. You are in contact with our national and international clientele, support our sales consultants, and over time, independently take over sales activities throughout the entire sales process. You provide a warm welcome to our guests in the reception area, thereby creating a professional welcome experience. You assist in the preparation and presentation of drinks, including service for Food \& Beverage orders. Through your proactivity and care, as well as a smooth flow of information between colleagues, you contribute to the flawless functioning of the boutique. What you bring with you: You are studying at a university, ideally in the field of hospitality and/or restauration. You wish to complete a comprehensive internship in the retail luxury industry as part of your studies. You appreciate the environment of a luxury boutique and the contact with a demanding national and international clientele. You bring great passion for our products. Experience with watches and jewelry is a plus. You are balanced, committed, and enjoy working in a team. Your reliability and excellent organization, your service-oriented attitude, and your love for detail make you a colleague who can be relied upon.
