This industrial company, located in the canton of Neuchatel, specializes in the manufacture of metallic components and materials intended for applications requiring high precision. Its activities rely on production facilities combining different mechanical, electrical, and automated technologies. In order to strengthen its technical organization, it is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Manager responsible for driving maintenance activities, supervising its team, and supporting projects for the evolution of its production tool. You will hold a cross-functional position, in direct relation with the different industrial departments as well as with external technical partners. Challenges Your main objective will be to guarantee the reliability and availability of a diversified fleet of industrial equipment, while controlling the resources necessary for its maintenance and evolution. Beyond the daily management of your department, you will participate in the transformation and improvement of existing installations. You will have to reconcile production imperatives, technical constraints, and the economic objectives of the company. This position requires a good vision of the different industrial technologies as well as an ability to organize interventions, coordinate specialists, and lead several projects simultaneously. Your missions Management & organization of maintenance Ensure the operational direction of the maintenance service and organize the work of your employees. Determine intervention priorities based on production needs and technical constraints. Coordinate internal resources and specialized companies intervening on the installations. Support your team in resolving technical issues and promote the sharing of skills. Monitor the resources committed and ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines. Develop an organization allowing for the maintenance of equipment in optimal operating conditions. Supervise technical interventions and support the diagnosis of complex malfunctions. Identify the causes of recurring problems and define actions to limit their consequences on production. Collaborate with operational teams in order to plan work while limiting activity interruptions. Take charge of industrial projects involving several technical specialties. Organize the different phases of realization, from the analysis of needs to the implementation of the selected solutions. Participate in reflections concerning the evolution, adaptation, and modernization of production equipment. Work in close collaboration with the production and methods departments to identify possibilities for improvement. Propose technical evolutions allowing for increased productivity and controlled operating costs. Study possible modifications to existing installations and coordinate their realization. Provide your expertise during technical discussions involving several departments. ### Requirements Profile sought Engineering or ES technician training, in a technical field such as mechanics, electrotechnics, mechatronics, or automation, or a deemed equivalent background. Confirmed experience in team management, maintenance of industrial equipment, and technical project management. Ability to organize, coordinate, and supervise a team of specialists. Multidisciplinary skills allowing for intervention on mechanical, electrical, automated, and hydraulic issues. Experience in managing investment projects or the modernization of industrial installations. Knowledge of German and/or English.
