You are directly responsible for the further training of assigned assistant psychologists and assistant doctors and supervise them. Your profile You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. You have a medical license from the canton or meet the necessary requirements to obtain it before taking up the position. You have experience in treating psychiatric patients. You are committed, appreciate working with patients, and enjoy working in a multi-professional team. You are a flexible, team-oriented, communicative, socially competent person with motivation for further development. You work independently, take responsibility, and make secure decisions.
