Polymechaniker/in CAM programming with 5-axis milling

Activity

• Create CAM programs for complex workpieces
• Specifically design machining processes to be more efficient
• Determine tools and clamping devices suitable to the order
• Accompany apprentices in the 3rd and 4th year of apprenticeship
• Assist at production systems in the event of bottlenecks

Requirements

• Apprenticeship completion as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker EFZ
• Practice with 5-axis milling machines and Heidenhain control
• Sound experience in CAM programming
• Knowledge in large-part machining is required
• Readiness for deployment in 2-shift operation
