Technical, organizational, and personnel leadership and further development of an assembly group including personnel deployment planning Ensuring quality, timely assembly, and productivity Requesting material, performing material bookings, and monitoring inventory levels Clarification of technical problems together with the project management and testing center Optimization of processes and workflows according to Lean principles Monitoring and analysis of reported assembly times, completion reporting of orders Participation in demanding assembly and expansion work of building stations Collaboration with other production teams, purchasing, logistics, and assembly Profile: Basic electrotechnical training EFZ (e.g., network electrician, electrical installer, assembly electrician, or comparable) as well as several years of professional experience in assembly, production, or plant engineering Initial leadership experience is an advantage or willingness to take on leadership responsibility Good ERP and MS Office knowledge Knowledge of or interest in Lean Management, KVP, or 5S Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working Assertiveness, initiative, and sense of responsibility Benefits: 10 different working models flexible working hours between 06:00 \- 20:00 trust-based working culture min. 6 weeks holiday per year and much more...
