Do your loved ones see you as the Mac Gyver of the house, do they call you to fix, renovate, change tiles, lights or replace equipment?

You can mow the lawn, unclog sinks, clean garages, read meters, manage parking spaces, perform winter maintenance (salt)

OR

Are you (or have you been) a concierge with a similar list of tasks?

Do you hold a CFC as a painter/tiler/parquet layer but if you can demonstrate your talents as a multi-skilled handyman, resourceful, autonomous, organized, serious and reliable?
