Are you technically proficient, enjoy working independently, and appreciate the variety between customer contact, troubleshooting, and on-site assignments?

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a reliable and solution-oriented personality who will look after our systems domestically and abroad and ensure that they function reliably and safely.

Your tasks

• You look after and maintain our level crossing systems and Permanent Warning Systems (PWA) for customers domestically and abroad
• You take over technical support, analyze faults, and ensure a rapid and competent finding of solutions, by telephone, in writing, or directly on-site, also with our foreign companies
• As a competent contact person and interface to our customers, you ensure professional support and carry out training and instructions
• You create service orders and ensure reliable documentation and reporting of the work performed in the ERP system
• You support the manufacturing and assembly areas if required and participate in the on-call team in rectifying faults
• You take over the deputy role of the Service Manager and support him in technical and organizational matters

What you bring

• Basic technical training as an electrical installer, electronics technician, automation technician, or comparable
• Professional experience in technical support / After Sales Service; further training in electrical engineering, electronics, or automation at HF/FH level is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment of troubleshooting and solution-oriented work
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP, and time tracking systems
• Good German, English, and French skills
• Readiness for travel domestically and abroad (approx. 40%) and on-call service
• Valid driving license category B
